Overview

You build the product. We take it from URL to operated.

RunAssured is how Critical Cloud takes your app onto its managed service, fast: assessed, tidied up, and then run by a named, accountable team.

What RunAssured is

If you are technical: RunAssured is the onboarding layer that reads your production stack, builds an evidenced operating picture of it, resolves what needs fixing into two clear lanes, and hands the result to Critical Cloud to operate: monitoring, alerting, incident response and the security evidence a buyer’s review asks for, run by a named team rather than by you.

If you built your app in a tool like Lovable and would not call yourself an engineer: you made something people pay for, and now you are the one keeping it running. RunAssured is how Critical Cloud takes that off you. They get to know your app in minutes, tell you plainly what is solid and what is not, fix the operational side themselves, hand you a plain-English prompt for anything that lives in your own code, and from then on they look after it.

The seven-stage lifecycle

The same path every time. Steps one to five are the RunAssured assessment; steps six and seven are the operated service it leads into. Your app is not considered operated until the baseline in step five is agreed and signed off.

  1. 01
    The RunAssured assessment

    Detect

We work out what your app is built from, starting from just its web address and email domain.

  2. 02

    Analyse

Once you connect your accounts read-only, we build an honest inventory of everything it runs on.

  3. 03

    Validate

We score whether it can be supported, and produce the assessment a serious buyer's security review would otherwise write about you.

  4. 04

    Remediate

The issues found are fixed, split into two clear lanes, so you are never handed homework you cannot action.

  5. 05

    Establish baseline

The exact, tidied-up state of your app is agreed and recorded, signed off by both sides.

  6. 06
    The service it leads into

    Onboard

Critical Cloud switches on the monitoring, alerting and protections around your app.

  7. 07

    Operate

From then on Critical Cloud operates your app against an agreed service level, responds when something goes wrong, and keeps the record up to date as your app changes.

What you get

What changes for you.

  • Someone accountable: a named party is answerable for your app in production.
  • Visibility you did not have: the point is not that you watch it, it's that you no longer have to.
  • An answer when something goes wrong: Critical Cloud investigates and explains it in language you can act on.
  • A straight assessment before anything else: an honest read on what your app is built from within minutes of read-only access.
  • The answers a serious buyer will demand: the assessment a regulated customer's security team would otherwise write about you.
  • Your code left alone: Critical Cloud never edits your code. You get a tested plain-English prompt instead.
  • Your weekends: freed from having to watch and run the thing yourself.

Operated at every tier. What changes is how much is human.

There is one thing to understand about the tiers, and it is the opposite of what most services offer.

Your app is operated by Critical Cloud at every tier. This is not a ladder that starts at self-serve and climbs towards being looked after. It is operated throughout. What changes as you move up is the balance between automation and hands-on people.

Lower tiers lean more on automation: monitoring, alerting and evidence stood up and run for you, with the team on call behind them. Higher tiers turn the human dial up: more hands-on incident response, more monitoring depth, closer communication.

What RunAssured does not do

Being honest about the edges is part of the offer.

It does not migrate you.

Your app stays exactly where it runs now. Critical Cloud operates it where it lives; nothing is lifted and shifted.

It does not change your code behind your back.

Code fixes are always yours to run, with a tested prompt written for you.

It does not lock you in.

Offboarding is a clean, evidenced exit, and the monitoring is never held hostage.

It does not keep your servers running.

That is your hosting's job, exactly as it is today. Critical Cloud operates your app: keeps watch, responds, investigates, and keeps you informed.

See what a serious buyer would find. Before they do.

Give us read-only access and get the honest report before you pay anything.
