Legal

Terms of Service

The plain-language version of what you’re agreeing to.

This is a first draft

It reflects the real terms we operate under today, but it has not yet had a full legal review or formal sign-off. Where this conflicts with an agreement you’ve separately signed, that agreement wins.

The service

RunAssured assesses your app and produces an honest report. If you move onto the operated service, Critical Cloud operates your app: monitoring, incident response, and keeping the evidence up to date. Every fix is split into two lanes, and Critical Cloud never edits your code. Code-owned fixes are handed to you as a tested prompt to run yourself.

Billing

Billing is handled by Stripe. The tiers, minimum terms and pay-as-you-go rates published on the pricing page are what you’re agreeing to; charges, renewals and cancellations follow exactly what you agree to at checkout.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials safe.
  • The access you grant us is read-only, and you can revoke it at any time.
  • Tell us if something about your app changes that would affect the assessment.

What we commit to

  • We tell you plainly when we could not check something, rather than implying a clean result.
  • Your code is never edited by us.
  • Operating your app does not make us your hosting provider. That relationship, and its own terms, stay with your host.

Ending the agreement

Offboarding is a clean, evidenced exit: your configuration, dashboards and evidence archive are exported to you, and monitoring is never held hostage.

Governing law

England and Wales, pending formal legal review.
