Terms of Service
The plain-language version of what you’re agreeing to.
This is a first draft
The service
RunAssured assesses your app and produces an honest report. If you move onto the operated service, Critical Cloud operates your app: monitoring, incident response, and keeping the evidence up to date. Every fix is split into two lanes, and Critical Cloud never edits your code. Code-owned fixes are handed to you as a tested prompt to run yourself.
Billing
Billing is handled by Stripe. The tiers, minimum terms and pay-as-you-go rates published on the pricing page are what you’re agreeing to; charges, renewals and cancellations follow exactly what you agree to at checkout.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials safe.
- The access you grant us is read-only, and you can revoke it at any time.
- Tell us if something about your app changes that would affect the assessment.
What we commit to
- We tell you plainly when we could not check something, rather than implying a clean result.
- Your code is never edited by us.
- Operating your app does not make us your hosting provider. That relationship, and its own terms, stay with your host.
Ending the agreement
Offboarding is a clean, evidenced exit: your configuration, dashboards and evidence archive are exported to you, and monitoring is never held hostage.
