Your app is operated by Critical Cloud at every tier; what changes as you move up is the balance between automation and hands-on people. Pick the tier that matches your app's monthly revenue. We ask for evidence at renewal, never live access to your revenue.

Core

£250 a month

For apps making £2.5k to £10k a month

3-month minimum term at the committed rate. Commit for 12 months and you hold that rate; otherwise you move to £325 a month pay-as-you-go, with 30 days' notice to leave from then on.

Pro

£550 a month

For apps making £10k to £50k a month

3-month minimum term at the committed rate. Commit for 12 months and you hold that rate; otherwise you move to £660 a month pay-as-you-go, with 30 days' notice to leave from then on.

Enterprise

Add-ons

Add-ons. The first three are priced monthly below Enterprise and included with Enterprise; Database monitoring is a priced upgrade at every tier:

  • LLM observability (watching the calls your app makes to AI services): £180 a month
  • Code security depth (deeper scanning of your code for known security holes): £100 a month
  • Session replay (replays of real visits, for seeing what a user actually experienced): £50 a month
  • Database monitoring (query-level detail on which database queries are slow and why): from £160 a month, at every tier

You are never locked in beyond the minimum term, and there is nothing to reclaim on the way out: your configuration, dashboards and evidence archive are exported to you.

Questions

What happens if I don't commit to the full term?
After the minimum term (3 months for Core and Pro, 12 months for Enterprise) you can either commit for 12 months at the committed rate, or move to the pay-as-you-go rate, with 30 days' notice to leave from then on.
Is there a free trial?
The assessment itself is free: you see the honest report on your app, with evidence attached, before you pay anything. Payment starts when you move from assessment to the operated service.
What do the add-ons cover?
LLM observability watches the calls your app makes to AI services. Code security depth is deeper scanning of your code for known security holes. Session replay shows replays of real visits, so you can see what a user actually experienced. Those three are included with Enterprise. Database monitoring adds query-level detail on slow database queries, and is a priced upgrade at every tier, including Enterprise.
What happens when I leave?
Offboarding is a clean, evidenced exit: your configuration, dashboards and evidence archive are exported to you, and the monitoring is never held hostage.
